RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

As our valued customer, it is essential for you to fully comprehend the nature of the items you are acquiring from our website. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise concerning product manufacturing and supply, warranting a solution. Our primary approach is to address such issues directly whenever feasible, through repair or replacement in adherence to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Refunds will be considered solely under the following conditions:

• Non-receipt of the product.
• Receipt of incorrect product, where substitution with the correct item is unfeasible.
• Products displaying manufacturing defects leading to irremediable mechanical or structural malfunction.
• Products damaged or rendered unusable during delivery. (Excluding minor cosmetic damages).

While we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis for other reasons, please note that refunds will not be granted for orders accurately delivered, free from defects or damages, and executed according to your specifications.

Approved refund requests will be processed back to the original credit card used during the purchase transaction.
